On Friday, February 11th my group and I made oven fries. Our fries were thicker so we had to cook them longer. As well my group added some extra oil which made the fries greasy. To add some more flavor add seasoning salt. Also when cooking potatoes always rinse the cut potatoes with water and then dry the potatoes. This removes starch and makes potatoes crispy. If I were to make this recipe again I would cook them longer and add less oil.
